Vendor Setup Times:
Early Bird Setup: Thursday, June 4, 2026 beginning at 11:00 a.m.
Standard Setup: Friday, June 5, 2026. Vendor should be setup to receive the public no later than 9:30 a.m. Vendor booths will be advertised as open to the public at 10:00 a.m.
Vendor Teardown: Vendors should have teardown complete and all items, waste, and vehicles removed from designated space no later than 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 7, 2026.
Space Sizes:
Commercial vendor booths are 10'x10'.

Additional 10'x10' booth spaces may be purchased for $50.00 per space and is subject to availability.
Food/Drink Vendor
10'x10' Booth space or single food/drink truck: $100.00
Additional 10'x10' booth spaces may be purchased for $50.00 per space and is subject to availability.
Location: All booths are located outdoors. Indoor options are not available.
Equipment: Vendors must provide their own tables, tents, and chairs. Rentals are not offered.
Space Assignment: Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at the discretion of CERCUT staff. Placement requests will be considered but are not guaranteed.
To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and professional experience for all vendors and attendees, the following rules must be followed:
Prohibited Activities
No smoking or vaping within booth spaces, near other vendors, or inside public event areas.
No drugs, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed on the premises at any time.
Setup & Teardown
Early teardown is not permitted without prior written approval from CERCUT staff. Unauthorized early departures may affect eligibility for future events.
Vendors must vacate their assigned spaces by the stated teardown deadline.
Trash & Waste Disposal
Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and disposing of all trash properly in the designated dumpsters or bins.
Do not leave trash, boxes, oil, water, or debris in your booth space after the event.
Grease, oil, wastewater, or hazardous materials must be collected and disposed of off-site at an appropriate facility.
Booth Conduct & Appearance
Booths must be staffed and open during all posted event hours.
Vendors should maintain a professional and family-friendly environment at all times.
Sound levels (e.g., music, microphones) must be kept at a reasonable volume and must not interfere with neighboring vendors.
Equipment & Safety
Vendors must use equipment that complies with all applicable safety standards.
All tents, canopies, and umbrellas must be securely weighted or tied down to prevent wind-related incidents.
Extension cords must be outdoor-rated, free from damage, and placed safely to avoid trip hazards.
Vehicle Access
Vehicles are not allowed to remain in or around the booth area after setup.
Driving on event grounds is limited to approved load-in/load-out times and routes only.
Non-Compliance
Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund and may affect approval for future participation.
Event Hours: Vendors must be open to the public between the hours of 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Vendors may remain open later if event activities are still ongoing, but early closure is discouraged.
On-Site Support: CERCUT staff will be present and available throughout the event. Staff and Committee members will be wearing matching staff shirts for easy identification. Please contact staff with any questions or concerns during setup, teardown, or the event.
Setup Times: Vendors will receive designated setup windows prior to the event. Please arrive during your assigned time to avoid congestion.
Unloading: Vehicles may enter the event site only at designated access points. Unload your materials as quickly as possible, then move your vehicle to a designated parking area before setting up your booth.
Teardown: Vendors may begin teardown after 9:00 PM on the final day of the event, unless otherwise instructed by staff. No early teardown is permitted.
Parking Restrictions: Vendor vehicles and trailers must be moved to designated vendor parking areas immediately after unloading. The main event parking and pedestrian areas must remain clear for guests.
Driving on Event Grounds: Vendors may only drive on event grounds via approved entry points and for loading/unloading purposes only.
Responsibility for Damages: Vendors are liable for any damage caused to landscaping, irrigation systems, permanent fixtures, event power systems, or other vendor property.
Violations: Vehicles left in unauthorized areas may be subject to citations or towing at the owner’s expense.
The Carbon County Fair is held in a safe and family-friendly area, and we work closely with local law enforcement to maintain a secure environment throughout the event. While officers may increase patrols during the fair, dedicated 24/7 on-site security is not provided.
Vendors are responsible for the safety and security of their own equipment, inventory, and displays, particularly after hours. We recommend:
Removing or securing valuable items overnight
Using lockable trailers or containers when possible
Ensuring tents and setups are properly secured
CERCUT, Carbon County, and the Carbon County Fair Committee are not liable for theft, damage, or loss.
Power/Electricity
Limited power is available and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis at the time of registration.

120v/15amp: $15.00
240v/50amp: $50.00
Vendors are responsible for selecting the correct power connection at the time of registration.
Vendors must supply their own properly rated extension cords and adapters, sized appropriately for the distance, voltage, and current required.
Equipment that trips the event site's Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters (GFCIs) or overcurrent protection devices must be repaired or removed from use.
All cords must be outdoor-rated, undamaged, and secured to prevent tripping hazards.
Sharing power between vendors via splitters, cords, or power strips is strictly prohibited. Each vendor must be connected directly to the designated event power distribution source.
Water Access
Fresh water is available at no charge for vendors. Water access is located near the rear of the Recreation Office building.
Vendors must bring their own fresh water hoses and containers to transport water to their booths.
Access to water is shared—no vendor may monopolize the water source or block access for others.
Wastewater Disposal
Wastewater must not be dumped on the ground, in drains, parking areas, or surrounding streets.
Vendors must collect all wastewater in appropriate containers and dispose of it off-site at a permitted facility.
Violations may result in immediate removal from the event and/or denial of future participation.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees and vendors, food trucks using generators must adhere to the following guidelines:
Type & Sound Level: Only quiet, inverter-style or commercial-grade generators are allowed. Generators must operate at or below 70 decibels at a 20-foot distance. Loud or excessively vibrating generators may be restricted or removed at staff discretion.
Placement: Generators must be placed safely and securely, at least 5 feet away from any structures, tents, or pedestrian walkways. Proper ventilation is required. Generators must not be enclosed or positioned where exhaust could enter nearby booths or food trucks.
Fuel Safety: All fuel must be stored in approved, clearly labeled containers and kept away from ignition sources. Refueling during open event hours is prohibited. Refuel only when the unit is off and the area is cool.
Fire Extinguisher: All food trucks using generators must have a fully charged ABC fire extinguisher readily accessible.
Power Limits: Ensure your generator is sufficient for your power needs to avoid overload or outages. Cords must be outdoor-rated, in good condition, and taped down or covered to prevent tripping hazards.
Inspection: CERCUT staff or Fire Marshal may inspect generator setup at any time. Non-compliant setups may be shut down without refund.
Sales Tax Requirements: All vendors selling goods, items, or services during the event must have either a permanent or temporary Utah State Tax Commission Sales Tax License. This license is required in order to collect and remit sales tax for all applicable sales made during the event. Food/Drink Vendor Requirements: All food and drink vendors are subject to inspection by the Southeastern Utah Health Department, Carbon County, Price City Fire Authorities, and appropriate event personnel. Vendors preparing and selling food and drink must have current Food Handler's Permits for any person involved in the preparation or serving of the food and drink. Vendors may also be required to obtain temporary restaurant permits. Food handler permits and temporary restaurant information and forms can ve found on the Health Department's website SEUHD in the Food Services section.
Body Art: Body art includes tattooing, piercing, permanent cosmetics, microblading, branding, and scarification. Vendors offering these services must obtain a Temporary Body Art Establishment Permit from the Southeastern Utah Health Department. More information can can be found here.
All vendor registration fees are final; however, partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
30 or more days before the event: Full refund issued
15–29 days before the event: 50% refund issued
14 days or less before the event: No refund issued
Note on Late Registrations and Cancellations: Vendors who register and then cancel within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, regardless of when payment was made. This includes same-day cancellations or cancellations made shortly after registering.
This policy is in place due to the planning, space assignment, and administrative costs incurred upon registration.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to recinfo@carbon.utah.gov by the applicable deadline in order to be considered valid.
